Welcome to Bankify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bankify Discord bot (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Description of Service
Bankify provides virtual casino style games, a custom economy and various utility commands within Discord. All currency and rewards are strictly virtual and hold no monetary value.
3. User Conduct
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that damages or interferes with normal bot operations. Abuse, exploitation of bugs or harassment of other users is prohibited.
4. Virtual Currency
All in‑game currency is fictional. It cannot be redeemed for real money or exchanged outside the Service.
5. Data Collection
Use of the Service requires collection of certain Discord account information and gameplay statistics. A summary of the data collected is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third‑Party Services
Some features rely on third‑party providers (e.g. Top.gg for vote verification, OpenAI for chat commands). Your use of those features may share limited information with those providers such as your Discord user ID or message content.
7. Modifications
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bankify's creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

11. Subscriptions and Payments
If you purchase a VIP or other subscription through Stripe or another supported payment processor, your subscription is billed in advance on a monthly basis. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including cases where you choose to cancel before the end of your current billing cycle. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, as the benefits are delivered immediately and the service is reserved for the duration of the billing period.
